EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

“ArtistLevel Networks, Promoções Artísticas Lda.” is a company dedicated to the promotion and publicizing of art and artists, including new talent and those who have difficulties in exhibiting and commercializing their respective works. Pioneers, ArtistLevel combined 3 concepts in one: an art portal, a social network for artists and a self-financing plan, reinforcing the visibility of participating artists and creating opportunities for anyone interested in art, be it for learning, promotion, sale or purchase purposes.

Using a social network that includes all those interested in promoting art that they either produce or own, ArtistLevel, promotes on an international level, using an internet page linked up to the main Web 2.0 search engines and tools. Instead of competing with the “big players”, ArtistLevel automatically sends the artists’ work to the main worldwide promotion sites (ebay.com, flickr.com, youtube.com, facebook.com, myspace.com, hi5.com, linkedin.com, etc.), as long as the artist agrees to this promotion.

With ArtistLevel, borders, time and distances cease to exist in order to show the best creations of each of the participants in the social network. ArtistLevel is not just an art portal for artists, but of art for everyone. Easy access to the artists (Private 2 Private) substantially increases the interest in young artists, who live far from the big canters, without the available resources to do an exhibition.

Establishing protocols with various institutions, specialized magazines, foundations and other entities, ArtistLevel has created a credible jury in each of the available categories. This jury will evaluate the works exhibited in order to bring them to the physical world in ArtistLevel or partnership events as well as through direct contacts with galleries and agents.

CONCEPT

ArtistLevel, as a portal will include all forms of art including photography, plastic arts, fashion, jewellery, restoration, decorative arts, architecture, design, cartoon, video, music… Because art is everything that is produced with talent.

The best artists present on ArtistLevel, (elected by an automated system of navigation statistics, members of the network and a jury) will be supported in holding exhibitions and showing their work with physical promotional events at the premises of sponsors or other interested companies. Together with other related events, they become part of ArtistLevel's calendar of events that will be viewed internationally.

ArtistLevel have created a system of virtual galleries for exhibiting the works promoted by the artists themselves or other participants and is reinforced through the self-sustainable system. With this system, self-financing becomes possible by creating one’s own direct and contributive social network.

For the public in general, they will now have easy access and direct contact with countless artists and the possibility of developing new ideas, business and requests.
